Library Cards

An OCPL library card or identification with name and address is required to sign out materials. Borrowers are responsible for all materials borrowed on their card. Parents or guardians are responsible for materials borrowed on their children’s cards.

Holds

Holds may be placed on items either in person, by phone, or through the online catalog. Patrons have five days to pick up materials after notification. There is no charge for this service. Patrons may manage their accounts online, including holds and renewals, via the online catalog.
